We're a housing association with a long history of providing both affordable and open market homes across the Midlands and South West.

We deliver around 1,200 new homes a year. We build many of these new homes ourselves working in partnership with local authorities, developers, landowners and agents.

We have the appetite, capabilities and financial resources to acquire more land for housing delivery.

We are looking to buy greenfield or brownfield land with or without planning permission so we can build more affordable homes across the West Midlands and South West and continue to play our part in tackling the housing crisis.

We have a strong acquisition track record  through a variety of agreements from unconditional purchases, subject to planning, and option agreements. And our relationships with local authorities and technical knowhow ensure we secure planning as quickly as possible.

We have a long-term interest in every single site we deliver. Our approach to managing our homes is through our neighbourhood coaches. Our coaches are working in their communities every day, building relationships with customers to help them to achieve their goals. By being embedded in our neighbourhoods, we’re helping people to build on skills and talents that already exist which, in turn, is fostering happier and more sustainable communities for all – with more successful tenancies, more people in work and fewer evictions.
